This office complex evolved through a national competition had to fulfill certain norms :

• The structure has to be a high rise complex with all modern amenities.
• The form should blend with the unique architectural heritage of the city.
• The office block is designed as a layeri9ng of squares : a square block in the centre with four square  profiles abutting it.
• The arrangement creates interesting prolusions on the profile, and an interesting play of solids and voids.
• Terrace gardens created at different levels.
